There’s been local government backlash over possible state aid cuts –along with a freeze on spending.Now some Republicans are trying to reassure communities that they won’t have catastrophic cuts in police and fire service. And also that economic development will continue despite the state’s 3 billion dollar deficit. Shamane Mills reports.
