Republican gubernatorial candidate Scott Walker says the state should send back more than $800 million to the federal government if that’s what it takes to stop a high-speed rail line from Madison to Milwaukee.But as Shawn Johnson reports, Walker makes no mention of that prospect in a new campaign ad about the train.
