Reorganization for DER


As part of his budget GOvernor Doyle wanted to eliminate the Department of Employment Relations and roll it into the department of administration for efficiency-sake. The legislature’s budget writing committee did get rid of D-E-R but created a new agency outside of administration. Frederica Freyberg reports.
