EVERYTHING BAGEL GOAT CHEESE BALL
Serves 2 to 4

Ingredients
4 oz fresh goat cheese, (115 g) room temperature
4 oz mascarpone, room (115 g) room temperature
1⁄2 C shredded cheddar, (55 g) room temperature
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 scallions, thinly sliced
1⁄2 C everything bagel (144 g) seasoning

Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the goat cheese, mascarpone, cheddar, and Worcestershire sauce until thoroughly combined.
Sprinkle in the scallions and stir until incorporated.
Form into a ball, then cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Pour the seasoning into a large bowl.
Roll the cheese ball in the seasoning, pressing it onto the sides to coat evenly. Serve immediately.

Advice
Look for an everything spice mix that isn’t too heavy on salt, or make your own by combining poppy seeds, sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, minced dried garlic, minced dried onion, and flaked sea salt to taste.
If you aren’t serving your cheese ball immediately, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add the seasoning just before serving.
