Recipe: cream cheese spritz

INGREDIENTS
Butter, unsalted soft – 225g
Cream cheese, soft – 85g
Sugar – 210g
Egg yolks – 1 yolk
All-purpose flour – 300g

METHOD
Cream about 3 minutes until well mixed Add. Blend well. Add and mix smooth on low. Place in a cookie press.

BAKE 375ºF 5-8 minutes or until just light brown around edges
