Peace groups around the country and across Wisconsin are planning rallies and protests this week to mark the beginning of the third year of the war in Iraq. The goal is to push congress to set a date for a troop pull out. Families whose sons or daughters are serving in Iraq are playing a major role in many of the protests. Gil Halsted reports…
