President Obama signs theEconomic Stimulus Bill into law today at a ceremony in Denver. Wisconsin will get billions of dollars. About half of it will be used to help balance the state budget. Roughly the other half will be spent on everything from roads and bridges, to education and health care. Joining Terry Bell with more is Gary Wolter, the head of the state’s Office of Recovery and Reinvestment, the agency which will help funnel the money to it’s eventual destinations…
