A portion of the Farm Bill takes aim at commercial dog breeding operations commonly known as “puppy mills.”The so-called “Puppy Protection Act” calls for limits on breeding and requires that animals be socialized.But some dog lovers say the act could potentially affect hobby breeders and pet owners.Patty Murray has more.
