Public Questions Taser Use at Public Forum

No one at a Madison community forum on Tasers asked for the controversial weapon to be banned. But some citizens speaking at a public hearing on Wednesday night did question whether Madison police officers used the weapon when other means could have possibly controlled a suspect.
