Protesters Seek Legal Action for Hate Crimes Against Hmong

A coalition of civil rights group is calling on Attorney General J-B Van Hollen to do a better job of tracking and prosecuting hate crimes in the state. About 100 people held a rally across the street from the Van Hollen’s office in Madison today/ yesterday before meeting with the Attorney General to discuss their concerns.
