First lawmakers tried regulating liquid farm fertilizer to stop the makers of an methamphetamine. However, lab raids over the last three years have doubled, suggesting makers of the illegal drug are busier than ever. Now lawmakers hope to have more success in stopping the illegal drug by regulating another ingredient it’s made with: psuedoephedrine. It’s found in common cold medication. Shamane Mills reports.
