Private universities say many students pay less than sticker price

The recession is hitting Wisconsin’s private colleges just as hard as it’s hitting the UW System.It’s more expensive to attend a private school, so it can be harder to convince families it’s worth the cost. Private school boosters say parents may not realize the extent of financial aid that’s available.Patty Murray toured St. Norbert college with a group of prospective students and has this report.
