Private Organization Phones Wisconsin Parents about Nearby Sex Offenders

An organization which claims to protect children is alarming some Wisconsin parents. They’re not only losing peace of mind, but some may actually be losing money because of calls from a group called the United States Protection and Care Society. The organization is selling information about sexual offenders, something the state of Wisconsin provides for free. Shamane Mills reports…
