Today, it’s health care, particularly for rural residents. While Governor-Elect Scott Walker has vowed to help overturn the new federal health care law, he seems supportive of the requirement that states set up health insurance exchanges in which consumers and small businesses pool their buying power to purchase insurance at more affordable rates.
