A Dane County judge refused on Monday to disqualify the Milwaukee County district attorney from the case against Senator Chuck Chvala. Chvala is charged with 20 felony counts including extortion — for his alleged role in shaking down lobbyists in exchange for action on legislation. Frederica Freyberg reports.
