No lawsuit being sought after in case of domestic partnership rights

The Green Bay City Council voted last night not to join a lawsuit challenging the state’s Domestic Partner Registry.An equal rights group is claiming victory, but is facing more serious efforts to overturn the registry in the coming months.Patty Murray reports.
