While newspapers and book publishers are downsizing or closing, more people are checking out books at libraries in one northwestern Wisconsin county than in the past five years. As part of our News from 72 Counties series, Joe Cadotte reports the Burnett County library in Webster has so many visitors they’re raising money to build a new one.
