Multicultural, all-boys charter school proposed to Madison board

The head of Madison’s Urban League is pitching his plan for a charter school for African-American and Latino boys.He says it’ll improve their grades and chances for college.But as Brian Bull reports, there’s question as to whether such a school is necessary.
