Mucky Lakes Prompt Phosphorous Ban

Dane County may be on its way to becoming the second community in Wisconsin to ban phosphorous. Amery, in northern Wisconsin, already does. And so do our out-of-state neighbors in Minneapolis. Shamane Mills reports.
