Mother of a dead cop, tries to get the record strait

Eight years ago, Ryan Hoeft was a 27 year-old rookie with the Saint Louis Park Police Department in Minnesota.He was on the job only five days, when he was found dead in his squad car, with a bullet from his own gun.
At the time, the official cause of death was ruled Suicide.But his family has been fighting, and so far failing, to get that ruling overturned.They say it was an accident.
