More Oversight for High Capacity Water Wells

Businesses with large water needs like Perrier have looked toward Wisconsin as a possible site to set up business in recent years.That and the possibility water won’t always be as plentiful as it has is prompting state legislators to try again to regulate high capacity wells in the state.
