Last night in a controversial vote, the Green Bay City Council opted to keep a nativity scene at its City Hall, while prohibiting other religious displays until special guidelines are developed.
Green Bay is not the only place in Wisconsin where this dispute is going on.In West Allis, officials and a local Christian group are at odds over whether a curbside nativity scene should exist at all.Brian Bull reports…
