Over the past decade the number of Wisconsin prisoners in need of dialysis treatment for failing kidneys has more than doubled. This week the Department of Corrections is requestinganother 130 thousand dollars to expand their dialysis capabilities at the Fox Lake Prison . Gil Halsted reports…
