Moral issues ad campaign aims to help Feingold overcome “enthusiasm gap”

A political action group opposed to the use of torture published a half page ad in the Wisconsin State Journal today. It calls on Wisconsin voters to think about the issue before casting a vote in the U.S. Senate race between U.S. Senator Russ Feingold and RepublicanRon Johnson. Gil Halsted has details.
