Milton schools say change in insurance plan could save half a million dollars

Rising health costs are prompting some school districts to shift who they do business with. Last month the Rhinelander school district won a long battle that allowed them to change carriers.Now an arbitrator has said Milton School District can switch. Shamane Mills reports.
