Manufacturer needs qualified workers to meet new shipbuilding demand in northeastern Wisconsin

Congress has approved an emergency spending bill that includes a navy contract for Marinette Marine.Now northeastern Wisconsin has about one year to make sure it has enough qualified workers to meet the demand.Patty Murray reports.
