Some of Madison’s garbage is no longer going to waste. The city is recycling cooking oil and giving it to a local biodiesel co-op,which will use it as fuel for cars.Motorists with converted vehicles expect to save money on gas, but those getting rid of vegetable oil will probably have to wait years before they can cash in on their grease.
