The incidents in Kenosha and Janesville are not isolated ones.In fact, this year, There’s been an unusual spike in what’s called “lethal force” in Wisconsin.23 people have been killed by police on duty so far, while in the typical year, only a handful of people in Wisconsin die this way.Jim Palmer, Executive Director of the Wisconsin Professional Police Association joins WPR’s Terry Bell to provide some insight into the issue.
