Local paper companies applaud federal ruling on foreign rivals

Wisconsin paper makers are praising a ruling by the U.S. Department of Commerce that China and Indonesia are engaging in harmful, unfair trade practices and that their imports may be subject to tariffs. Glen Moberg reports.
