Dangerous wind chills and snow are in the forecast for Wisconsin tonight and into the weekend. The weather has those who help the homeless scrambling to make sure no one is left out in the cold, but it’s a struggle. Patty Murray reports.
December 15 is the deadline for coverage that would begin on January 1st to sign up for coverage on Healthcare.gov. Federal and local officials are urging people to enroll for a program that may not exist in the future. President-elect Trump has said he wants to repeal the Affordable Care Act.
