A member of Wisconsin’s new Ethics Commission has resigned, saying the board is too partisan and too private to serve the public good. Shawn Johnson reports.

UW-Superior leaders say pay increases for all University of Wisconsin employees would be a step in the right direction. But, some officials wonder if the two percent raises approved by the UW Board of Regents will prevent further turnover. Danielle Kaeding reports.
