The United States Supreme Court is looking at a jury discrimination case from Texas.In Wisconsin, some reformers are trying to solve a related but distinct problem.While jury discrimination cases appear relatively rare in Wisconsin, minorities are often under-represented on juries.For some counties, the problem got even worse in the last state budget bill.Benson Gardner reports.
