Wisconsin’s popular “Do Not Call List” took a couple of hits in court Tuesday.A Judge ruled against part of the law that would let individuals sue renegade telemarketers.She also ruled a state agency didn’t have the authority to levy big fines against offenders.Now, one of the list’s original sponsors says he’ll ask the Legislature to reinstate the provisions.Patty Murray has more…
