The State Department of Workforce Development is re-vamping its Job Service program.Instead of having staff at centers in every county, they’ll be consolidated in 22 cities.Other staff will operate “mobily.”The change is designed to save money and be more modern.But critics worry some job-seekers will fall through the cracks.Patty Murray reports…
