For the second week in a row, hundreds ofWisconsin Hmong residents rallied outside the federal courthouse in Maidson, calling for the release of jailed Hmong leader General Vang Pao. The 77-year-old Pao was hospitalized last week with heart problems but he remains in custody charged with plotting a violent coup in his native Laos. Gil Halsted reports…
