High Court Looks at Hospital Responsibility Case

In its first case of the session, the Wisonsin Supreme Court took up the thorny issue of hospital negligence. The case involves a patient in a psychiatric ward who was permanently injured after going out a third story window.As Frederica Freyberg reports, that patient wants to recover damages even though the hospital says she caused her own injuries.
