There are fewer and fewer places where teens around the nation can get intensive, 24-hour a day therapy for mental illness without being institutionalized. There are only 4 in-patient facilities in Wisconsin; that would have dropped to three, but Meriter Foundation officials broke ground for a replacement facility today in south central Wisconsin.
