Governors Plead For Manufacturing Jobs

Governors in 3 states badly battered by a decline in manufacturing are appealing to labor officials in Washington. Wisconsin’s governor was in the nation’s capitol Tuesday, along the heads of state from Pennsylvania and Michigan.
