Freedom From Religion Foundation Names 8th Grader Activist of the Year

A West Bend parent wants an apology from school officials who lectured her 8th grade daughter because she refused to stand and recite the pledge of alleigance.The Madison based Freedom From Religion Foundation has named the 13 year old it’s activist of the year, and awarded her a one thousand dollar scholarship. Gil Halsted reports.
