Fox River Cleanup Plan Called Incomplete

There’s a final plan on getting rid of contaminants in part of the Fox River.It was released by the State DNR and the EPA.The so-called “Record of Decision” only addresses two of the least contaminated sections of the river.That has environmentalists crying foul.Patty Murray has more.
