Wisconsin’s fair season is in full swing.The State Fair has begun its 11-day run in West Allis.And county fairs continue.Despite the poor economy, season ticket sales for central Wisconsin’s biggest county fair are up for the second straight year.Glen Moberg digested that news at the food stands on the midway.
