Force-feeding case now headed to appellate court

A Dodge County judge says the Wisconsin Department of Corrections cannot keep force feeding an inmate unless they agree to do it humanely. The case of Warren Lilly – who’s on a hunger strike – now goes to the state appeals court.Gil Halsted reports….
