The father of a Cedarburg National Guard soldier killed in Iraq last summer says the Army is covering up the true causes of his son’s death. Stephen Castner says an earlier investigation into the bomb blast that destroyed his son’s Humvee included false statements about the combat readiness of his son’s unit.
