Thursday in Mauston, there’s a preliminary hearing for a man accused in what many are calling the worst case of child abuse ever reported in Juneau County.It could very well be one of the worst single cases ever recorded in Wisconsin.Child abuse experts say they’re at a loss as to why the alleged abuse was as cruel and long-lasting as it was.Terry Bell reports…
