The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have placed a special burden on the children of deployed soldiers. On Saturday (10/27) in Madisona coalition of military family support groups will hold a festival designed to relieve the stress these children suffer and educate the public about what it’s like to have a parent fighting overseas.
