ESL Grants Train More Teachers

Some Wisconsin Colleges and Universities are getting federal money to expand “English as a Second Language” programs.The grants will help certify more teachers as “ESL” instructors.As Patty Murray reports the money is tied to the “No Child Left Behind” Act.
