E cigs a way around new state smoking ban

Wisconsin’s new indoor smoking ban goes into effect today.It covers most places where people work and gather, including taverns and restaurants. Many tavern owners are hoping that electronic cigarettes will help take some of the sting out of the new ban.Kristen Durst reports…
