Drug maker taken to court for allegedly price-fixing


Wisconsin consumers who bought a popular antibiotic will get a chance to prove they were harmed by price fixing. The state’s highest court is allowing a case to continue which involves big pharmaceutical maker Bayer and its alleged efforts to keep a generic version of Cipro off the market.
