Wisconsin farmers are facing crop losses because of a drought. Governor Jim Doyle says he’s poised to seek a federal disaster declaration.In the meantime he’s asking the state Department of Ag Trade and Consumer Protection to help farmers weather the dry conditions. Patty Murray has more.
