Doyle Works with Feds to Support State Coverage Plan

Prescriptions as low as $3 are proposed in Wisconsin’s plan to provide low-cost health insurance to childless adults next year. That and other details of a program known as BadgerCare Plus are being reviewed by the federal government . Governor Jim Doyle was in Washington Monday, meeting with U-S Health and Human Services Secretary Mike Leavitt in hopes of getting approval for the program. Shamane Mills reports….
